    I believe all you should provide is ticket from Australia to US. Then which route he took from DC to Toronto. I believe there are only two port of entries going that way. The name should be on his passport stamp.

    Yes, from what I understand it takes some time to show up. I did my medical exam on October 4th, and it was only marked as received/passed on October 20th.
