What's the checklist? So far I've just seen Acceptance letter Finacial proof, Statement of purpose But not High school diploma Is that just for the university only, the diploma?

What does the Visa officer need to approve my study permit other than acceptance letter and proof of funds? Do they also look over my highschool diploma and transcripts or is that just the college? I want to be sure if I need additional copies.

And what about the PNP?? I had a friend who got a job at a hotel whi got him through PNP

What's stopping them from getting one? They are already advertising all over the place and have ALOT of positions to fill that are not being filled.

Why wouldn't they be able to obtain an LMIA if 1. There is no one applying for the jobs. 2. They can't hire enough employees?. An attorney advised me on this because he said alot of canadians dont like to do these jobs and Tim Hortons in particular hires foreigners..........

I'm from the U.S . If I get a job offer from mcdonalds or Tim Hortons am I able to just get my work permit at the port of entry for these companies? I'm looking at newfoundland.

That's what I'm worried about. I only have like 22,000 USD saved. And idk if that's enough. The school I like is 8kusd for the tuition. If my husband get approved for a work permit based off my study permit we would be great. But I'm also wondering if there would be a way for me to go first...

Are these scams?? I have a consult next week with a company that connects foreign workers with companies that have the LMIA (sp) . They say they have team there including immigration lawyers. Has anyone gotten a job offer this way?? Is it legit?

I did look into it, the minimum points are 67 I have 85. For the class B you dont need a job offer in order to make your profile. I'm getting this from canadas site.
