I too am in the same situation with my program. We mostlikely will have to extend our visas when the programs eventually begin after we enter Canada. I don't imagine that will be an issue.

The intake will probably begin in September. I'll advise you contact the college to confirm if the program has been rescheduled, rather than for you to change the course. It is unlikely there will be any program starting in May in the same college
