    Hi, I know that you can have your RAMQ card even if you don't have a CSQ, but I've been hearing lately that RAMQ are starting to insist on having CSQ, and they request an authorization form (IMM 5475) to be filled for them. any experience with that issue?

    PR Ontario landing moving to quebec

    Hi.. I'm thinking about landing in Ontario through express entry, and then moving to Quebec in the first month as to be considered "resident of Quebec"... I'm wondering if it may cause problem when registering with health Quebec RAMQ, as I won't have a CSQ.. Thanks
