you've probably already received the response to this but putting this here so anyone who ever has this question can find out. As of now, we don't need to book any appointment for passport submission at VFS Dubai. I just walked in and was able to submit. be prepared to wait for some time though...

My AOR is 17th November. Nothing after that. MEP and BIL can take 30-40 days after AOR so I'm not really bothered at this stage :) What about you?

Thanks! Thing is, the new job is a department transfer with the same employer where I've worked in my primary NOC, and so any letter they issue right now will include my current job title with them as well. I'll try and get the job description for the new title aligned with the NOC too then...
