I can start classes on October 8th. I already called the Ministire and the girl who answered the phone told me that she will put a note saying that I can start school on October 8th.Most probably I will have to get another letter of acceptence from Herzing College with the new dates of my program

don't go to ISI college unless you're good at programming. Honestly, I have a really bad experience. If you speak french, well I can't tell but I took the english program and I did not like at all. They do not help you with the internship at all.
