Kinda same happening with me, applied on 5th of April at North York Passport Office, mailing date was 19th April, have called couple times and they said it’s approved and will be shipped soon, but don’t know when.

Did someone get any update today on the tracker? I applied on April 5th and was supposed to ship today but no update on the tracker. I called a couple days ago and was told it's approved.

I applied for the passport on the 5th of April at the North York Passport Office and the online status has been the same ever since, I tried calling today and got connected to an agent who initially said my application was approved but then said he didn't have access to the application starting...

I was able to download just right now.

Actually not, though they say by spring 2024 they'll start issuing only the new design, spring is just around the corner and I've seen some folks getting the older designs like a couple days ago.
