Is copr given to PA when they pick up their stamped passport or is it mailed to their home?

Very strange. In my ecas it says DM but in GCKEY it still says we are reviewing your eligibility and that my background check is in progress. I received pre-arrival services letter in August and yet GCKEY still shows reviewing eligibility

Could take as long as 3 months. Ecas will update to "medical results have been received" when you've passed them
