There is no relation in between medical request and file transfer to VO... Who sent you medical request? is it any CPC or anay VO?

Whether your wife passed the medical or not, that you can ask your doctor. Usually, when all are passed, doctor send the report to IRCC. Also, you can upload you completed medical report through IRCC webform.
