Montreal visa office is very slow! I guess you didn't get a pre-arrival letter yet, right? every one I know in mtl, no one pass eligibility and no one get a pre-arrival letter.

Hi, anyone knows what is 16(1)(c)&16(2)(c)? Just got my 2nd gcms, and still same with 1st one: eligibility not start/security not start/crimminality pass/ medical changed pass to expired. There is nothing new I can see and there are 20 pages are blank with "16(1)(c)16(2)(c)" on the right top...

Well, I asked,. Dz means Algerians, not much relevance about sponsorship.

One of them is internal sponsorship, two of them are"DZ"(???), I noticed that from their conversation, but I dont know if "dz" means any thing? I do really not know what is "dz", if I offend anyone, I am sorry.
