    Yes you can use your study permit hours for the pathway. However you can only use 30 hrs max for a week which means that you have to work for a min of 1 year. If you work 40 hrs/week or 60 hrs per week - IRCC will consider only 30 hrs per week no additional hours

    Or you can ask them to specify dates. For eg: Nov 2019- June 2020 20 hrs/week July 2020 - current 40hrs/week Make sure you add an explanation letter specifying the public policy under which allowed you to work more than 20 hrs

    Shouldn’t take that long. Usually you get an AOR within 1-2. Business days. Try calling IRCC and check what’s the whole up.
