I applied for a refugee travel document in August 2021 and it’s been a year I have not received it. I have sent out several webforms to IRCC with no meaningful reply from them. I urgently need to travel and pick my child but it’s like I am pleading with robots.

Started concurrently processing applications for me and my son- Ju2021 Me main applicant got permanent residency- August 2021 medical request for my son- October 2021 Medicals received - 1 November 2021 Still waiting……….

Jhoan2134 how did you receive the invitation? they sent me the confirmation portal with an attachment, asking for some information and I sent it. but I got the same email this morning. what does that mean? Did they create an account for you? how did you send the information that was requested?
