No it doesn't. Once you submitted.. it changed to submitted right away... check your ECAS, you might have a decision made if no additional documents are needed... in my case, when I saw the GCkey saying the "additional document is being reviewed" ECAS is showing decision made... and the GCkey...

What I did on mine was, I printed all the forms (after filling it out and checking all the spellings), sent the documents that needed the PA's signature to my husband in the Philippines... and then he just sign the papers and sent it back to me including the other required documents ie. marriage...

When you submit your passport for visa stamping...COPR will be included when you pick up or return your passport. Not sure about visa exempt countries...

If you are using your phone... check to see if you don't have other tabs open for the GCKEY close all. Make sure you're only using one. If you're using the computer... sometimes clearing your history and cache works.

Hi Fahim, Have you tried checking ECAS to see if your file is there? You can use the receipt # when you paid for the application as your identification. Then, if you were able to see your application in ECAS, try linking your application in GCKEY.

Must be a glitch in the gckey, they might be doing some maintenance work... try to login again. Seeing a line 2 in ECAS is great news! You will get PPR soon!! ;)

You can land anywhere in Canada. He can even land in Vancouver and stay there for 2 weeks. Its not an issue as long as he is already in Canada before his visa expires. However, you should notify CIC for the change of address. It was one of the requirements when you got the passport request.

Its a generic message. Mine still says they are still being processed eventhough ecas already says DM and we already got the passport request.
