I called CIC on July 5th 2019, they told me it was extended. So basically got extended after 1 day it expires. For all this time I was just waiting for them to finalize my application.

Not yet, but I did get a reply email from the webform I sent last week. Basically saying that the phone agent put a note on my file, and I can contact them again thru webform after 1 month if I'm still waiting lol. CIC has a very "interesting" system:)

Hello everyone, I am Jan 26, 2018 applicant. Medical pass July 4 2018. Yesterday (8/26/2019) my application officially passed 19 months and I still didn't get PPR. So I called CIC, and was told the same thing like last few times I called: Everything is passed just waiting for a final decision...
