Does anyone know why a VO might request proof of departure from Canada while on a refugee status? Spousal sponsorship application is being processed outside Canada.

Someone told me I can send the BOC Form without the story and then they’ll ask me later to send them the whole thing.

Do I need to write all the details in the BOC Form or wait to bring my story with me at the hearing?

Do you guys include every single piece of information on your BOC form or just brief answers and then write the whole story afterwards?

It’s very sad what’s actually happening to us. I’ve received my CSQ last year, but unfortunately since then nothing has changed for me. I am still waiting for medical request. You should call MIFI and explain to them your situation and how long you’ve been waiting for your CSQ.

I don’t. If your application exceeds the 12-month limit processing time they’ll likely take it away.

Hey guys! One simple question… Outland application withdrawn in order to do inland, can we send the exact letters, police report, and with the same dates? Or wait for them to request police report and stuff?

I don’t know what to expect from them. This morning they tweeted out the same old c**p since the beginning of the pandemic which is they can’t normally process files…
