Hey, don't lose hope. Just submit a letter from neighbor maybe, confirming that you and your partner live together. You can also submit any new letter, Christmas cards or any correspondence sent to you recently (including the stamped envelopes), current utility bills etc...Good luck.

I have the same situation...Married March 2019 and renew NBI clearance May 2019. Just put married and your husband's surname will be included on the NBI clearance. Hope this helps.
