For citizenship 1/2 of the WP duration is considered and maximum up to 1 year (which in my case 2 year / half = 1 year). So considering 365 + 730 = 1095, Correct? or does it need to be 3 years after PR?

Thanks @scylla So it seems like if I stay for 730 days in Canada WP stay days - 365days (half of WP days 2018 - 2020) I'd be eligible for citizenship at the end of 730 days mark. Given that current rule stays regarding citizenship.

In terms of weather I would advise to avoid Jan and feb months if you can due to winter, unless you are not going to be in east coast. During Spring/Summer its an easy transition to find accommodation, job or settle down.
