Ohh, that's a shocker! Can you find out why he was denied? Also, I've checked with Etihad though through their customer support and they said I can go ahead if transit at Abu Dhabi is less than 12 hours. Has anyone taken Etihad?

I see that Etihad is a good option, Abu Dhabi does not have transit visa requirements if transit is less than 12 hours and the flights are relatively cheaper for Mumbai to Toronto. Has anyone flown by that or is considering taking Etihad with AL and expired Copr?

So I called up Air Canada and they said that there isn't any restriction and I should be able to fly but the agent was quite unsure so wouldn't buy his word. I couldn't find anything on the website of Lufthansa or Air Canada

Hi, needed some help, has anyone with an AL taken the Air Canada flight (operated by Lufthansa) and transited via Frankfurt from Mumbai? Direct Flights of Air India are extremely expensive.

Any updates on this? I am planning to take Air Canada via Frankfurt in Feb end.

Got AL with two months validity. I had undergone voluntary remedicald in Nov, 2020 hence counterfoil updated and valid till Nov, 2021
