I just received my OPR. My IRCC account also shows application was approved.

Next step is to wait for the final decision

Same. Applied in February. Medical and biometric are cleared as well. In August I received an email stating that approved in principle and will be asked for passport once VAC is opened. Nothing after that.

I do follow that group. Only one post that got passport request after online submission. But didn't mention when.

Your profile is for express entry. Getting another degree with this profile will make the visa officer suspicious anyway. I will suggest to get higher ielts score and apply for express entry.
