They cleared by themselves or you took action? You got your GCMS notes after the PPR email? Congratulations on your PPR.

They only count 30 hours per week but even in that case with 19 months you would be way above the 1560 hours. Maybe they gave you the wrong information by phone. Once there is nothing formally in our account there no much more you can do rather then ask you GMCS note. Try not to stress too much...
