The Bhagwant university is under surveillance of UGC and its status is "Additional information, called for inspection purpose from the University, still awaited" This might be an issue you are facing.

Guys lets just keep each other posted on this thing, because I've have heard that this delay is due to the rush for September Intake. The best we can do is wait and keep each other posted about the progress.
