yes, it is page 7 of the attachment. It is a small image in a A4 document. Very tiny to write all details and name and signature. Is that the one I should complete n send?

After almost 4 months from SA and PA...today received the DM...This may be an useful update for someone waiting in BCG for long time...

Before the visitor status expired, i sent the OWP but when the it was returned the visitor is out so again sent the OWP with the applicable fee and request letter to approve OWP. It was then approved and the status is extended as worker.

Don’t worry, me and some others waiting after eligibility letter from nov 13...

To Say if DM, your Sponsors CIC page should say a Decision made on the PR application. This is the easy way to confirm
