Hi there , i am in the same situation as you, applied march 18, 2023. I ordered gcms notes and it said my criminality passed on the first day on 19 april, and security and eligibility not started since then, many people are getting updates but I am confused too

Hi everyone I applied on march 18 , I see everyone after me has started getting their portal requests but my eligibility has not even started yet. Even my background check criminality is passed but security not started , since 3 months. Anyone in same situation?

Also the tracker changes / updates when you call them.

I called them but they said nothing changed.I am confused and frustrated at this point, those agents dont know anything

Even I got a ghost update on june 12 but since then nothing happened for me; gcms notes will take 30 days ; and they will show the updates till the date you requested it on;

I ordered gcms notes; and my criminality was passed same day - 19 april; and security not even started ; so that means in these 3 months for me they havent even started anything. I thought I was the only one left whose eligibility didnt even start; I dont know why anyones whos BG started on 19...

yes my background check is still in progress, I ordered gcms, my criminality is passed since day 1 but security not even started , no update since 3 may. When i call them they tell me you have to wait its 11 months processing time, and one agent even bullied me for calling so soon.

What did you say to them? On call they just ignore me? My background been stuck for 2 months
