I think so as well. The first time I applied, on July 26th, I got my refusal after 4 weeks on August 24. This time I applied on October 29th and I still haven't gotten any news for 6 weeks, so maybe it is not a refusal this time.

I think I heard somewhere that even if you dont get the message, you can go to vfs and submit your passport. Not 100% sure, though.

Last update is just a Submission Confirmation. No passport request for 6 weeks. Normal processing time is 5 weeks. 3 ghost updates since I applied.
