Pre arrival letter on Dec 6, 2019 and today i checked on ecas it says Decision made but gckey still says "we are processing your application " and when i click Decision made it still says the same old status which was there last week or from months. A little confused and a lot more apprehensive...

Does anyone has any idea about the time period from Pre Arrival letter to PPR at NDVO...

i have a query.. Can i travel on tourist visa to Canada and if my ppr comes later , do i have to travel back to India to submit my passport at NDVO or can i complete the further formalities in Canada itself???????????

i also got the same update on my gckey, i think its just a general update..

I logged into my GCKEY acc and saw the status has changed to : We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information... But i did not get an email or update regarding the change in background check status. Waiting for the their reply

Hi. I am also one year over the timeline 28 nov. I asked few people regarding contacting the local MP in Canada .. They were given reply that once the Application has been transferred to Local Visa office( like New delhi in my case) , then the Local MP cant help. They cannot ask the local visa...

Ya .. my file is with New Delhi Visa Office.

Its been one year today nov 28/19. No reply yet. Status updated in ecas says Application is taking longer than usual, mentioning 20 percent applications take more time. Anyone else with same experience. Plz share
