Hi. No i dont think its like that. I got two rejections but got my visa the third time. I applied three times within July-November. So you can apply again, just with a better sop. And affidavits can help too. Depends on the reason behind your refusal!

Hi. I applied for the third time after two refusals on 4th Nov. Today at 8:42 pm I received a correspondence letter but nothing else. I got just one donotreply mail. Does this mean that it is a refusal?

10th 9.0 cgpa 12 commerce 70% in 2014 Applied for bachelors in business in Australia. Went there in November’14 but returned in March’15 because of some family issues. Then i did Bsc in Fashion design 2015-2018 Applied for business management post grad diploma but two refusals.
