I think once you applied for the EE your intention is to stay, this conflict with your student visa. Apparently that’s why they don’t want to get your application. :( seems like agent has F*** us Royally.

Hi guys I wanted to study in Canada but our consultant advised us to apply for the EE program. Our score is 446, now when we tried to apply student visa non of the agents in our country willing to take our case. Please advise.

I think they they will increase ITA’s to 3900 from October and b2b in December. So towards end of the year scores will come down < 450’s.

Still didn’t look for any universities or colleges. I’m planing for Jan/Feb semester. I’m already a graduate in Marketing & Management and 34 years old. I middle of a career change and trying to get qualified in IT. Im looking to enroll for a PGD.

We don’t have SDS from Sri Lanka. So we have to apply and wait until visa officer convince and contact us. So it’s a little tricky. Sometimes they keep hold the visa application. My wife’s EE score is 446.

Yea, I don’t think admission would be a problem. Just wanted to know wether there is any one who got student visa while on EE. Because my agent said they have few applicants got student visa hold who has EE profiles. And they strongly advise not to hide about EE profile. So I wanted more...

Any tips? How did you justify the dual intent for a successful application.

I genuinely want to do my studies in Canada but my spouse has already applied for the EE program. Can you apply dual intent student visa while your on EE pool as a spouse? I know it is possible to apply but any one know who did that and succeeded.

Hi, I’m facing the same issue. Did you find a solution for this. There is something called “ Dual Intent “ but couldn’t find someone who has successfully done this.

Since April (Last time time break was before April) people are scared and trying to get more marks. So there is a lag and other factors such as HQB1 visa etc... it will be like this for two three months. Hope it will come down soon.

They control the scores from tie break last time. I knew there will be a hike.

It should be 446. Not 468. Tried to edit the post but end up with a error msg.
