I quoted and cited references to the rules on IRCC website to which I was referring for the exemption. Apart from this, they have format wherein you provide, name and application details along with proposed dates of travel.

I applied in October and received a refusal on the grounds that I am not immediate family. I had also applied for the TRV at the same time. I sent them an email again citing and quoting all sources which explicitly mentioned that I am to be considered for extended family for exclusive dating...

@legalfalcon I thought only the reference numbers were required. So I didn't submit the ECA report or IELTS report. Should I raise a we form?

Oh ok. Yeah, I think we should give it some time. May be cause it's optional, it doesn't show. Or some error. Either way good to hear that it's not a major glitch.
