Unfortunately I tried to link application to the account through gckey but when I entered Applicant information agin and again and it says no found information.

I have tried that but it did not get through. I Already contacted Mexico office and ircc in canada they are not able to help me with information.

I received a letter regarding transfer file to Mexico on Nov 5 but there is no medical and biometric requested. Is that normal? I am Canadian citizen and my husband lives in Guyana. I am worried about it.
