Not really it totally depends. Looks like they have paused Ontario files for PPR. They usually do in batches sometimes you have to wait till the next batch or they might even issue it right away. So, it's hard to say.

Keep checking ecas for DM. Once it's there, you'll get PPR.

Some clinics do provide copies some don't. My clinic was very lazy I called them every other day to check if they have uploaded. Then they sent me the tracker where it said everything is complete. This means it was uploaded. And the veey next day my medical was passed and ecas showed received.

Mine changed the very next day. Same day it passed as well.

No requests for Additional documents. I paid everything upfront and submitted everything upfront including Police certificate. After MP, It was PAL which took around a month after MP. But after that everything sped up.

Decision made finally. Waiting for PPR now

I think CIC still hasn't dispatched passports from the previous batch of PPR, only once they do that they'll issue more PPRs. Just my assumption.
