No this is not an LMIA exempt job offer. You don't get 50 points for this.

You need a reference letter from your employer detailing your jobs and duties and they should match the Jobs and duties of the NOC... Your offer letter and paystubs are irrelevant. You have to wait for a new ITA and re-apply. They wont re-open your case if the error is from your end.
