Apparently, I submitted the marriage license but not the marriage certificate. I was only given a marriage license when I got married and did not know there is a separate marriage certificate. I have submitted a web-form with explaining that the situation and also got a copy of the marriage...

My application was cancelled and the letter says that I did not provide my marriage license certificate although I have. My score is 472 right now, next week I will be 30 and lose 5 points. What should I do? It is not even my fault. Please advice what should I do?
