Hello.. just wondering how to enroll for biometrics if someone already has Canada visitors visa? My mom has canada visa but it was not mandatory for fingerprints when she got visa. Now she need biometrics to visit canada. Please help me out. Thanks

No, you don't need it. you only need police clearance certificate if you lived in any country for more than 183 days in last 5 years before applying citizenship.
