It doesn't work for a long long time. You call them and speak to an agent. They will tell you the details. Call 888-242-2100, dial 2-2-2-0 or 2-2-2-4-0, then wait with patience. An agent will answer the call. They may need some of your info.

My medical passed around 90 days ago and Eligibility recommended pass almost 80 days ago. Last Friday I was told that my app is in Sydney. I am not sure whether my app was sent back to the Sydney office or never been moved out.
