    My process was fairly quick after they received the document. They sent it to CGI Toronto on Dec 15 and then my parents contacted the police station in India to complete the verification and on Dec 24 they printed the PCC and sent it Via Purolator and I received it on Dec 29.     Yeah I cant blame ya, I actually spoke to the person at BLS and he advised me to file a new application so I knew it would be fine. Walk in is definitely faster if you have that option. My postal application took 2 extra weeks just for BLS to receive the docs

    You do realize most of the CEC applicants were study permit holders at one point. 1 year student fee is far more than what any of the FSW applicants are required to bring in/spend. Since you're talking about this from business standpoint think about how many new students are gonna look at this...

    Tie breaker rule only applies for lowest score. So if your score is above 75 why would you look at the tie breaker rule? they literally invited all of the CEC candidates. its not even possible to have a score as low as 75

    Yeah you can fill up all the fields and have it ready to be submitted after 24th Feb or whichever date. You don't really accept the application, You can either decline it or Submit(Accept) it.

    Preparing all docs and getting everything together takes time anyway. "Accepting" ITA is essentially just submitting the application. So yes submit your application after 24th Feb
