Hi! To answer your question: - You can use your CoPR to apply for your permanent SIN (it says so on service Canada website). I did same (I applied online so I’m still waiting on it being mailed to me) But the document was accepted. - secondly, I don’t know anything about “activating” your CoPR...

It could still come to your email. They probably want your current address so they address/print the CoPR document accurately. Mine included my details and current address.

Hi! - To answer your question: my work permit is still listed as valid on my GCkey. I got my CoPR and DM a few days ago tho so maybe it’s still too early to tell if the work permit will get changed to invalid, but as of now it still says valid. - I linked my PR card application to my GCkey and...

i don’t think (based off recent trends) they’ll send any paper CoPR (what you got in your email/GC key will be all). I used my CoPR to apply for my SIN (hopefully someone else can confirm about the health card info) :)
