    I was pleasantly surprised because WES did my evaluation within 2 business days. My university uses 'parchment' to send official transcripts to WES electronically. I would strongly encourage everyone to use the 'parchment' option if it is available to you.

    First time poster here and hence this could be a naive questions. Once the draw happens, does it take less than 24 hours for people to be notified ? Also, are notifications only sent to those who are selected ?
