This is not true. I have read enough threads to know that is not the case. Some people were giving PPR 2 weeks after submitting CV. It's a case by case thing I believe. Have you gotten PPR yet?

Hi guys, for the work reference letter. Is it better for the company to write the letter in let's say Spanish and then translate it into english since the company is in a Spanish country? Or is it better to just tell them to write it in english if they offer? Thanks in advance
