Pre approved Lmia means ESDC already approved the Lmia to the employer that he can hire Foreign worker. The main difference is that LMIA is nameless. Employer have to put name of the worker in the lmia and again send it to ESDC...

What about the amount which has been deducted from employer credit card? As per canada immigration website, they will not deduct the amount if they don't gonna be process the application, in my case the amount already been deducted.

I am from alberta.Same case here also but NOC 6314. One of consultant has told me It will take around 6month to get the approval from Service canada. Due to covid, Some Noc job are processing fastly but i feel it is not a digestable fact that it will took around 6 month.
