    Have applied for PR, how long does it take to receive response from consulate after biometrics

    I have applied for Canadian PR ( family sponsorship visa, outside Canada) given biometrics on June 14, but haven't received any update from consulate. How long does it take to receive a reply from consulate after giving biometrics. It's passed 7 weeks now.
