My friend, If CAIPS notes are irrelevant because a new system is in place, they would have stopped providing the service rather than risk being sued for fleecing the Public's money. It is much more reliable than ECAS - where strange things happen.

My status was "In process" since Feb 15, with the old RBVO details. Today, the address section is missing again. But, the details are still the same - without the process start date. Hoping when the address comes back up again, the details would also change !
