130 days since AOR 92 days in IP1 (We will let you know when we start your background check). No change in account whatsoever, nothing requested, nothing asked. Says Estimated 53 days remaining (I doubt it). Sent an email asking about Visa Office, no response. Is it time to order GCMS notes?

Even if my background status was 'We are processing your background check, we will let you know if we need more information' BEFORE medical passed? and after medical passed it's back to 'We will let you know when we start your background check'.

You're right about the PPR, but see in your case you got a ghost update and eligibility met around 3 weeks or less after submitting biometrics, I've had no such update after more than a month of submitting the biometrics, eligibility still being checked, thats why I thought...
