Yes, Medical required for babies also. It is simpler compared to adults. No blood, urine and no X ray too

In case you haven't found it yet, you can update it under account profile section. No need to create a new profile:)

You can make changes in ur profile even after ITA, provided CRS points after changes are not lower than the cutoff, As for not updating the profile on time, give an explanation in LOE

Both options are fine actually. But If I were you, I will go with the second option as I think presentation-wise that will look better instead of putting the same roles and responsibilities twice. Just make sure to state both designations and the dates correctly.
