Yup, it is unfair. AOR for me was 8 1/2 months, it was a nightmare and now it is taking over a year for new applicants. That’s terrible. My take is that it is a VERY long process and things might change and that is why they need to see updated forms (personal opinion) but I might be so wrong...

In my case, I refresh the page every time it crashed until it worked and was able to upload all of the documents on my GCkey account. Do that, when it crashes click on refresh until it works.

Be positive and patient. Wish you the best! BTW, every time the website crashes, I click on refresh over and over until it worked. Had to do that and ended up uploading all the documents.

Will do! In my case was crashing trying to log in, then with the security question and when finally logged in and went to my application it crashed when trying to submit documents. I even got to the part where you chose the file and click upload and crashed… Very frustrating. Thank you.

Yup, we got the same timeline! I just don’t know how to upload the ADR’s now. The online account website keeps crashing on me, it is worst than ever! And don’t know if I should be using web forms to send the documents.
