Thanks, although I am still not sure how to proceed. I believe I am supposed to apply via the OINP HCP stream but still trying to confirm. Also, I think we have similar NOC's so I believe you should get an NOI soon too

I am in the federal EE pool, CRS 438 with NOC 2174. I have been in the pool since September last year.

After reading a bit more about, it seems the PNP is for the HCP stream because I don't qualify for the other streams.

Hello, I received a similar message. It says to contact Ontario directly. I believe we are supposed to directly apply to Ontario's express entry but I am not sure which stream I am supposed to apply through. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
