you need to sign the consent so that the person who is applying on your behalf either a PR or Canadian Citizen can request to access your file.

you can request in getgcms.com, sign the consent and the report will be sent to your email address after 35-40 working days.

As per some previous forums, this is a good sign that they transferred your file, meaning the CIO is done on their part of our application and they transferred the file to the local visa office for further processing like issuance of medical request letter and finalization of the application...

Update received from IRCC: Transfer of File from CIO Sydney to Local Visa Office for further processing. Received the update last May 25, 2021. Inshallah, they will give the MR soon for all of us.
