I linked using uci and family name. Be sure to use city/town of birth place exactly same as passport and not as eCopr as it redacts some letters in eCopr. I faced this so saying and hope you get to link it this way.

I had similar status like you but got portal email only 1 day after my 2nd ghost update recently. Just be peaceful. It was hard but I was mentally prepared waiting for 7 months timeline as per their processing times but luckily got portal email in around 4.5 months after AOR. All the best.

I called ircc yest and just got update that 3 processes are in progress and there is no red flag on any documents at that specific time. VO ottawa

Q. when and how is pr card application linked to ircc? Is it after you upload photo and confirm address on the portal? And are there any instructions during the process to do the same.

If we call ircc would they be able to tell visa office?

Ottawa is faster i believe as my colleague just got pr in around 1.5 months after aor.
