I think I can, I have two options- either go with Spousal Sponsorship (It will take more time) OR Apply on my Masters education plus canadian experience under CEC.

I graduated in December 2017 from UBC and started working on March 2018.

Another thing that I noticed is, I have not put up my Indian experience (3+ years) because I wanted to put up my profile under CEC as I have 1+ year experience in Canada. Reason for not stating indian IT experience is to avoid hustle of getting experience letter from indian company.
