So I asked in a different thread but I figured I would ask here too.. I got my letter to schedule an interview via email but it said it could take up to 30 days. It also mentions that I could go to a border instead to talk to an officer. Would that be better so I don’t have to wait?

On the document regarding scheduling an interview, it says that you can just go to a border and get your things done there. Is that actually plausible and should I explore it?

Silly question but I got my passport in the mail today (hurray) but the At the bottom Of the confirmation of permanent resident the signing portion is blank. Is that okay?

I called them, provided them with the tracking number for the package TO ottawa and the agent said he would send a note saying that they haven't heard anything yet. Does anyone know the general timeline for this?
