Quite a number of people DM here in January not getting oath yet but some people DM later got it. What I could think of during Ottawa that time was the protest, when I typed that reply. As cana_cana reminds me, processing Ukrainian cases looks like a bigger factor to put oath processing on hold.

Finally I got my oath date on June 1st (I am with Ottawa office). Hopefully all of us here will get oath asap.

Turned out they put me in an Oath ceremony on June 1st, I am super lucky to get it this quick. I agree that convoy protest most likely affected oath arrangement for people DM in January. Really hope they can sort that out quickly and get everyone here on Oath asap.

The backlog is most likely because Niagara Falls office is also handling oath for applicants in Ottawa

Basically only the last updated date was changed and other things still the same. That means some official has looked into or has processed your file through the system.

I got a ghost update yesterday, hopefully that means they transferred my application to Niagara Falls for oath ceremony queue.

There's quite a number of people in Ottawa who didn't get oath months after DM. Some Ottawa oath cases are transferred to Niagara Falls office to handle as I heard. You can go to the Ottawa office thread in this forum and chat there too.

I have the citizenship test changed to completed at the end of Dec 2021. 4 months passed by, still have no further news, so that's another wait game for Ottawa applicant.

I am in the same boat with you, July 2020 applicant and hear nothing since test in Dec 2021

They may need you redo the security check as it is only good for one year
